We stayed here for 3 nights! Absolutely beautiful location! Our room was overlooking the river, it was a great room it was The Kingfisher room. All the staff were so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Food was delicious the breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel! Jamie (the owner) was very friendly and happily chatted to us every time we saw him. Ample parking, extremely impressive Covid safety measures in place. Highly recommend the fillet steak and the lamb both melted in your mouth! All the food is locally sourced and you can tell it was of a very high quality! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful 2 night break just before lock down and the tonic we needed. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Fabulous breakfast overlooking the river . Wonderful spot with good walking amongst the beautiful autumnal colours!

It was our second visit to the hotel. Very impressed with renovations after the flood in February. Food, room and service were spot on. One of my favourite get-aways.
